KaizenTao \ki-zen-dau\ - Path to Continual Progress.
The following scenario may have occurred at some point in your life: You're driving down the road when you suspect something is awry with your car. You look down to find the emergency brakes were left engaged. The solution's obvious: Release the brakes and continue towards your destination. Even if you were driving an unfamiliar car, the solution remains simple: All cars come equipped with emergency brakes conveniently located between the driver and passenger's seats or beneath the dash.
But in life, when you're faced with a mental or physical strain, it isn't as obvious how to release the pressures causing your demise. Sometimes there are several brakes working in concert behind the scenes to impede your progress. The release levers for these brakes are seldom stored in accessible locations. Often you don't look for them because it seems you're still functioning properly. Rest assured, just as driving with your brakes engaged will surely damage your car, living with excessive tension will definitely harm you.
KaizenTao is a training method derived from extensive research in the fields of dance, conventional and esoteric martial arts. It is a holistic training system which serves to polish the mind and body and pushes it to continuously excel. By training with a precise degree of reality and clarity, the KaizenTao training method helps to eliminate the disparity between what you believe things to be and the way things really are. It allows you to correctly assess your own strengths and weaknesses and those of people around you. It assures optimum results by removing performance-sapping traits that are collected through years of carelessness. Simply put, KaizenTao develops the skill sets necessary to face life's unpredictable challenges and allows you to take ownership of that prized gift which belongs solely to you... your self.
We look forward to meeting and training with you.
Enjoy your Path,
Thong

Sifu Mike A. Martello
I'm sad to report the lost of Sifu Mike Anthony Martello on June 2, 2009. He died suddenly from a congenital heart condition in Belgium. Mike was one of the most sincere seekers/teachers in the world of CMA. He'd scoured the Earth for martial wisdom and shared it selflessly with all who could appreciate it. This is a great lost to all martial artists and Mike's legacy and purpose will live on through his dedicated students.
